This result of this ability is the same as before, but now it comes about in a different way. A bonus damage/slow is now added to the attack after a spell is cast, instead of after a certain number of consecutive attacks.
Ball Lightning- Ultimate
This is exactly like Morphling’s Waveform except that it drains your Mana, and the distance you may travel is limited only by the size of your Mana pool. The farther you’ve traveled, the more damage it does to things you hit along the way. With 2000 mana you can travel all the way from your base to the river.

u cant get to the other base cause the mana comsumption goes by percent + 10 so i tried with 6 scepter or 3 scepter and 3 orchid u can still only get to the river from yr base with 6k mana
